UWW WH10th Edition World AIDS Day Special

‘Peer’ Power: Celebrating the work of HIV peer researchers!

Hosted by James Watson

Tuesday, December 1st, 2:00 PM EST

On December 1st, we’ll celebrate the contributions of peer researchers everywhere, both past and present. Working at the front-lines of the HIV movement, we unite communities and build bridges while advancing knowledge and driving change. We are the driving force behind HIV research. While our work is often one of listening and documenting the stories of others, on World AIDS Day we’ll have the opportunity to tell our own stories. We’ll also hear from some of the researchers we work closely with.

We will have guests celebrating the breadth and depth of our roles as peer researchers in the field of HIV. The talk show will be held at 2:00 pm EST on Tuesday, December 1st. This is the tenth installment in our ongoing “What’s Hot with PRAs?” series.

The talk show will be held online using Instant Presenter. To ensure you’re able to participate, test your system’s compatibility. We encourage you to be an active participant, and you can learn how by watching this short video tutorial.
