Patient-Provider Toolkit

SHARE recently wrapped up a study on the health care experiences of both people living with HIV and the professional and kinship networks providing care. We interviewed 42 people living with HIV in Regina and Prince Albert, and held 3 focus groups and 4 fora in these same cities. Using a grounded theory approach, we developed a series of postcards, a recommendations graphic (recographic) and a multilingual video. This toolkit is designed to support both patient and providers in improving their health care access and delivery experiences. All resources are available in: English, Cree, Dene, French and Tagalog.
